Finding support shouldn’t be.
Your virtual therapist for pregnancy and postpartum challenges.
Offering gentle, supportive care across Ontario.
You are not alone.
Pregnancy and postpartum are often described as joyful, magical seasons of life. And while that can be true, it’s not the whole story. Many parents quietly struggle with feelings of overwhelm, sadness, anxiety, or guilt, and wonder why their reality doesn’t match what society says they “should” feel.
If this sounds familiar, please know you are not broken and you are not failing. These feelings are common, understandable, and nothing to be ashamed of.
Compassionate Care Psychotherapy is a safe, supportive space to bring whatever you’re carrying and find your way toward calm, confidence, and hope again.

Hi, I’m Tania - Registered Nurse (RN BScN), Certified TEAM CBT Psychotherapist, and mom who knows first-hand how overwhelming motherhood can feel.
My passion for mental health grew out of my own journey. When my son was born, my heart opened to him, but with that, the weight of the responsibility for this fragile and innocent little life began to weigh on me. I had struggled with anxiety in the past, but this was a whole new level.
I realised that to have a positive parenting experience, I needed to face my challenges and that there was very limited support available. This became my motivation to support other mothers who feel lost, anxious, or weighed down by expectations.
Your Therapy Journey
Connecting with a virtual therapist doesn’t have to feel intimidating. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to talk openly and learn practical tools to help with anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, and life transitions.
Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, so you can start feeling lighter, more confident, and more like yourself again.
